Under the banner of MDes Dwellings, our first development initiative is named the Lifecycle House and is located in Northern Liberties, Philadelphia.  With an intimately scaled 19th-century brick façade, the property consists of a double-wide row home that was last occupied by an elderly matriarch of an artist family who transformed the abandoned shell structure into a family home.

The Lifecycle House is envisioned as a flexible dwelling place that can accommodate the changing needs of its occupants through the different stages and circumstances of life, while remaining firmly connected and contributing to the neighboring streetscape.

Completion is anticipated Spring, 2024.
